workshop will cover the process of setting-up

to add new users, troubleshoot existing

Due to the very nature
of the topic, only those persons duly authorised
by their respective companies will be given
the rights to perform this function. It
is assumed that the responsible persons
have at their disposal a list of users
and the levels of access allowed to each.

System

This
optional module, integrated with HR Focus,
provides a support system for making
better Human Resource related decisions.
A comprehensive product, that assists
with Recruitment Selection, Succession
Planning, Training Needs Analysis, Promotion,
Selection and Performance Assessment.
Job Requirements and Employee Matching
- A user definable set of procedures
catering for job requirements based on
Education, Licenses and Certificates,
Experience and Skills/ Courses or any
other requirement vs. actual information,
has been included as an integral part
of HR Focus. Employees
can be matched against future Position's
requirements, where the programme highlights
the gaps.

facility has been provided where the minimum
information for applicants can be recorded,
and a Quick Regret Letter can be printed
from within HR Focus. A full

employees. There are over 50 main data capture
screens available, to record employees' information.

the lookup tables (which populate the drop
down menu's in HR Focus), how to capture
main- and other employee details and basic
security set-up. Trainees will become adept
in capturing employee movements, terminations
and drawing standard reports with employee
