In
accordance with the Software License Agreement,
HR Focus reserves the right to withhold
upgrades, updates and support (online or
otherwise)
to customers and partners who have outstanding
payments due to HR Focus (e.g. Software
Fees, Annual License and Support Fees,
Implementation
Fees, Consulting Fees, Training Fees and
related expenses). The term active refers
to customers and partners whose license
agreements are current and whose fees are
