Research Focus is the virtual research capability from HR-Focus that has the ability to run a turnkey campaign for the design, management and analysis of a specialised strategy for organisations of all sizes and across various industries.
This software allows for the provision of a permanent on-line database of results with the ability to generate further queries and reports.
METHODOLOGY
The methodology process comprises of three phases:
ASSESS
The client’s research requirements are translated into a survey design that is specific to their organisation.
UNDERSTAND
Research Focus provides the client with a detailed analysis of the campaign responses; interprets the data for management and presents the client with a number of standard reports.
IMPROVE
We facilitate the development of mitigating strategies aimed at quick wins in the short-term and long-term improvements, aimed at addressing the issues identified during the integrated findings session that is presented to the executive committee.
RESEARCH CAMPAIGN
The research campaign consists of three pillars:
- Clarifying the purpose
- Creating branding for the campaign
- Messaging and meaning
The process begins with sending out below and above the line communications, distributing the online survey, supporting the user, troubleshooting, data collection and validation, follow ups and reminders by email and telephone, additional data verification, analysis and reporting, presentation of findings and feedback to shareholders.
Provision is made for surveys to be paper based, web based or within an email whereby management can review updated reports through a web browser while the survey process is taking place.
PRODUCT FEATURES
We have developed our own proprietary software tools to ensure that the process is well managed. Features include the creation and management of on-line surveys, allowance for variable levels of complexity (different scales and branching of questions), management of participant database, allowing completion of the surveys in multiple settings, securely storing data in an offsite location, ensuring speedy access and intuitive user interface, access control for users for the creation of campaigns and review of reports.
