HR-Focus appoints new CEO

HR-Focus Holdings, a local provider of Human Capital Management and Business Solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of their new Chief Executive Officer, Idris Suleman. HR-Focus is redefining their vision and mission, and rebranding their look and feel to reposition themselves as an innovative, high growth company, with a big heart for their customers, staff and society as a whole. Suleman, previous CEO of Fujitsu Technology Solutions in South Africa, has been brought on board to lead HR-Focus successfully though this exciting time of change and growth.

Prior to joining the HR-Focus team, Suleman had an exceptional career at Siemens, in a variety of capacities, and has been instrumentally involved in the set up and development of some of Siemens’ new divisions in the country. Throughout his three-decade journey in the business world, Suleman has merged an understanding of the technology with business management best practices, which makes him the ideal candidate for this position.

“I have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed 27 years in the corporate world, both locally and abroad, supplying and acquiring strategic expertise in the technical, financial and business areas. I believe that the time has come in my life to return this fortune; to pass on knowledge learnt and share experiences with a team belonging to an organisation that is a great fit for me personally,” said Suleman.

Suleman intends to focus on a growth plan that ensures HR-Focus remains a best-of-breed service provider for the solutions it currently offers and which are aligned with its overall vision.
