Training

HR-Focus understands the importance of training your employees on the use of the various HR Focus solutions as it has an impact on the effectiveness of your business processes. Training on various system modules is conducted as part of the implementation process for new clients, while existing clients can request adhoc training as required. This ensures customer users are familiar with the system workflow and take-on procedures. 
 
As training is part of the implementation process, it is included in the overall costs of implementing the solution.
 
Adhoc training on any part of our systems is available and can be scheduled on request. Specific pricing varies based on the nature and duration of training. Courses are run either in the HR-Focus Training Room situated at our Rivonia offices, or can be conducted at client premises.
